Terms and Conditions.

1. Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 25 and over who have held a full UK/EEA driving licence for longer than 12 months with no more than 6 points or any serious motoring offences. A full, two-part driving licence valid in the UK must be presented in advance of collection. The BMW vehicle will be provided on a loan basis. The vehicle can only be used for journeys within mainland United Kingdom. The loan of the BMW vehicle is subject to a separate loan agreement and the BMW Loan Car Terms. The winner must agree to these terms before taking possession of the vehicle. Employees and their immediate families of BMW Group and English Heritage and associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. Only one entry per person, per household, no bulk or third-party entries.

3. Start date for competition entry is 29.07.14. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 28.10.14 at 23:59pm.
4. The prize is one family weekend holiday package (for four people) to a Feather Down Farm within the UK with the use of the new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer for the weekend. The driver of the vehicle provided must be a resident of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or the United Kingdom aged 25 and over who has held a full UK/EEA driving licence for longer than 12 months. A full, two-part driving licence valid in the UK must be presented on the day of collection. Feather Down Farm Frill tents are excluded, Country retreats are included, valid outside of school and bank holidays. Accommodation only. Travel and other expenses not included. Holiday packages must be booked and taken before the end of the 2015 season (October 2015). The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
5. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
6. An independent person will draw at random the winning entry from all entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date. The prize may be withdrawn from the said winner and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted within 10 days of notification.
7. No entry fee, no purchase necessary.
8. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
10. BMW reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

12. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
