Has anyone got any idea's?
I have been asked to bring something creative to a BBQ this weekend. They have the usual burgers, sausages and salad covered.
I have tried saying I will get the icecream tub and cornets for afters :0?
I think corn on the cob maybe a bit messy with all the dripping butter.
Def. MSE HELP NEEDED. PLEASE :0)

The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)

What about baking potatoes wrapped in foil? Very yummy if put amongst the coal. Pitta breads/ wraps are yummy grilled on the bbq and filled with the meats and salad?0

A favourite in our house... Boil up some new potatoes, cut them if they are big (they need to be cooked!), mix 2 tbsp each of honey, soy sauce and grainy mustard. Marinate spuds in this, when time to cook, skewer them up, about 4 on a skewer, put over hot coals till reheated, "paint" with marinade as you go. MmmmmmmChildren are born with wings .... This one is always a hit at my BBQs, makes a change from the usual chips and potato salad as a side

I often prepare it on the morning of the BBQ, it's safe to reheat if you let it cool quickly (spread onto baking trays).0
