This prize draw is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. This excludes employees and their families of Warburtons Ltd, Alpro UK Ltd, Noble Foods Ltd, Co-operative Group Limited and Retail Marketing International Ltd, their associated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. No bulk consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.ed.
The Data Controller (for the purposes of the Data Protection Act) and Promoter of the competition is Retail Marketing International Ltd, 2 Exmoor Street, London, W10 6BD (“Promoter”).
The prize draw will run from 00:01 (GMT) on Wednesday July 16 2014 to 23:59 (GMT) Tuesday August 5 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry into the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
To enter:
- a. Go towww.co-operativefood.co.uk/breakfastclub and complete the online entry form.
- b. Only one entry per person every 7 days is allowed (a maximum of 3 entries for the entire Promotional Period).
- c. Submitting more than 1 entry for the same person in under 7 days will result in all entries for that individual being disqualified. Entries must be in the form provided at www.co-operativefood.co.uk/breakfastclub .
- d. Incorrect, incomplete or multiple entries will be disqualified
- e. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter.
By entering the prize draw, subject to availability, entrants will have the option to receive a coupon for money off their next purchase of certain goods (as detailed on the coupon and which can be used as indicated on the coupon):
- a. Coupon availability is limited to 9,000 per product over the Promotional Period. If this quota is reached the coupons will no longer be available to download and print.
- b. Prize draw entrants will receive a confirmation of participation email with link to access coupons (where applicable).
- c. Visit http://www.co-operative.coop/find-us/ for seasonal opening hours for your local store.

The prize draw:
- a. The prize draw will be held no later than Tuesday 12th August 2014
- b. There are a total of 3 winners for this competition (1 per week) over the Promotional Period. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries, by the Promoter.
- c. Each winner will receive £500 worth of Co-operative National vouchers (which can be used as stated on the voucher). No entrant may win more than 1 prize.
- d. The winner will be notified (using the details provided at the time of entry) within 28 days of the closing date.
- e. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- f. A list of winners’ names and county can be obtained by sending a stamped envelope, marked ‘Breakfast Club’ to RMI Ltd, 2 Exmoor Street, London W10 6BD, within 28 days of the closing date.
- g. The winners should allow 28 days from notification of winning for delivery of the prize. There is no charge for delivery of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost or delayed in the post.
No cash or alternative prize is available except that, in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be available directly to the winner.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the date of the prize draw, the Promoter, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to withdraw entitlement to the prize and award it to a substitute..
Upon winning, participants may be required to provide testimonials and feedback. By entering this prize draw you agree that the Promoter and Co-operative Group Limited and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or undertakings may use your name, testimonials and any feedback provided, for promotional purposes, including, without limitation, on its websites, or within its promotional emails.11. The Promoter will not be liable for lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draw.
