A few terms now that it is live:

1. Maximum of one entry per person.
2. Maximum of 1 prize per person.
3. The Prizes: a. Main Prize: 1 winner will win a 10-night holiday to Los Angeles, USA for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12). The prize includes return economy flights from London to Los Angeles, accommodation at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE, fully comprehensive SUV hire for the duration of your stay, 4 x tours of Paramount Pictures studio lot to be taken by 31/12/2015, 1 x Sony 20MP LCD HD Camcorder and £1000 spending money. Must be taken by 31/05/15, subject to availability. Blackout dates include Christmas (15th December 2014 – 5th January 2015 inclusive & UK and American bank holidays. See clause 12 for further details. b. Runner up Prizes: 500 winners will each win 1 x pair of Odeon cinema tickets to be used by 31st July 2015. Tickets cannot be used in the following London venues: Covent Garden, Kensington, Leicester Square, Odeon Studio, Marble Arch, Panton Street, Tottenham Court Road, West End, Whiteleys, The Lounge at Whiteleys and BFI IMAX.
4. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
5. Winner Selection: For your total confidence, the prize draw will be conducted within 5 working days after the Promotion Period by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
6. Winner Notification: Main Prize winner will be contacted via phone and Runners Up Prize winners will be contacted via text message/email (depending on the details submitted at the time of entry) to the mobile number used to enter the promotion within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to initial winner notification within 14 days of the notification, the prize may be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
7. The Promoter cannot be responsible for claims lost or delayed in transit. Proof of delivery is not proof of transmission.
8. Further Main Prize Details: Flight and Airline:
   a. Airline seats are subject to availability;
   b. Flights will depart from a London Airport only and flights will arrive in Los Angeles only;
   c. Flights must be booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance;
   d. The winner and their guests must travel together in both directions;
   e. Tickets are non-refundable or non-transferable;
   f. All applicable taxes, fees, charges and surcharges shall be paid by the Promoter;
   g. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
   h. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights and dates shown;
   i. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued;
   j. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted;
   k. The winner and their guests travelling must have a valid passport for travel;
   l. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for online prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be refused boarding at check in or turned back from the US upon arrival without exception. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation;
   m. Transfers to and from the London airport are not included;
   n. Comprehensive travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and guests. Travel insurance is mandatory. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance may be required prior to departure;
   o. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks); and p. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize pursuant to these Terms and Conditions including without limitation, travel to and from airports, excess baggage, car parking charges, excursions, attractions will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. Hotel Conditions: a. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes; and b. The Winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes. Car Hire: Prize includes car rental for the duration of the trip. The nominated drivers must have held a valid, clean driving license for at least 2 years and be over 25 years of age. A valid credit card is required as a guarantee against the vehicle rental. Car hire includes unlimited mi leage, collision damage waiver insurance, theft protection insurance and airport/city surcharges but excludes fuel costs. If the chosen vehicle is not available for any reason whatsoever, a suitable alternative vehicle will be provided.
9. Please allow 28 days from winner verification for Main Prize arrangement.
10. Please allow 28 days from winner verification for Runner up Prizes to be delivered.
11. By entering, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or by its agencies.
12. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
13. The names and counties of the winners can be obtained by sending an a stamped SAE to ASDA Oreo Winner’s List, PO Box 95, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WS to arrive within 2 months of the Promotion Period. Please do not send claims to this address.
14. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third party supplier where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize, but will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the Promoter’s website at https://www.oreo.co.uk .
15. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion.
