Can't believe our SOA and our debt!!!!!!?

After a awful weekend where the cards say no and having no money at all I decided I needed to sit down and check where or what we are doing so wrong?! The truth has not only reduced me to tears I just can't believe we are in this mess!!!!!!!

We are currently £12,195 in debt!!!!!!!!! I didn't even realised it had got so bad :eek:

What makes it worse is my wonderful hubby works so hard to support us as a family and I deal with all he household expenses- he knows we have debt but don't think he will realise how bad it has got!

Now to start over afresh- can anyone post a link for the SOA form so I can get it up and get some help- I need to address this problem and get our debt shifted, the cards have all been cut up bar one which is upstairs tucked away which I am not going to tell the hubby about unless it really hits the fan and we have no where to turn. I'm better at not using it where as I know if he knows its there he might take it and not for a real emergency!!

Hi sourcrates, yes my husband is a contract floor layer and drives around the country for work so he fills up at least 3 times a month at about £100 a time. Can't really cut this as he needs the fuel to earn the income although I have budgeted about 30 p/w for me for the car but could cut this out, my husbands dads a mechanic so luckily keeps the car running and maintained for us :0) haircuts is for just me I have it cut and coloured every 6-8 weeks for £20 and my son has his done for free whilst I'm there as she says he takes 5 minutes :0)
We are also luckily as a friend of mine has a little girl 6 months older than my baby so we have all her old clothes- my son is still in shorts from last year as he hadn't really grown! He will need uniform in September when he starts. And i rarely buy clothes - .might increase this buy £15 just incase for me and hubby but we don't really buy clothes.
