ASSISTANCE PLEASE .
I have today received a CC Judgement Claim against me for £866.90 + Costs Claimant being Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd .
I have no idea what this is for and I assume that all correspondence has been going to my previous address and thrown away by the tenants .
Although I am having my mail redirected this is the first time I have received any notification of any debit , although I am not aware of any , and have ordered a copy of my experian report .
In the mean time can anybody suggest the best course of action .I have attempted to contact the issuing court but just get held in a Q or receive an automated message to send £150 to argue this claim .
I am tempted to just phone Lowell but based on previous comments I have read am not sure if this is the correct action to take .
Any assistance would be appreciated .
Thanks

1st step I would take is to call National Debtline freephone on 0808 808 4000 to see what steps they think you can take next.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
IVA & fee charging DMP companies: Profits from misery, motivated ONLY by greed0
