1. This prize draw is open to UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents only aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Mars Food UK and Asda, their families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. To enter, purchase a Dolmio Recipe Base Spaghetti Bolognese (170g), Carbonara (170g), Chicken Casserole (170g) or Sausage Casserole (170g) product from a participating Asda store between 9th June and 4th September 2014. Entrants should then visit www.ASDA.com/win and complete their personal details (name, address, contact telephone number and email address) in the on-line entry form located at the Dolmio promotion page. The Asda till receipt confirming the Dolmio Recipe Base purchase should be retained, as winners will be required to submit this as proof of purchase.
3. An individual can enter as many times as they like, provided a valid qualifying purchase is made for each entry. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. There are twenty prizes of a Google Nexus tablet to be won.
5. The twenty winners will be drawn at random on 11th September 2014 under independent supervision from all valid entries.
6. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the twenty winners.
7. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the prize draw. Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification email or call within 4 days. Winners are then required to send in their Asda till receipt as proof of purchase of any qualifying Dolmio Recipe Base product. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact a winner within 4 days or has not received a winner's till receipt within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from all remaining entries with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible in the event that a winner has provided incorrect or incomplete details, resulting in them not receiving notification from the Promoter as a winner.
8. Winners will receive their prize within 28 days of the Promoter receiving their till receipt validating their winning claim.
9. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that fail to be registered or are delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
10. Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, in the event that the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
