Morrisons Britain's Got Talent Daily Free Prize Draw ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions

• Promoter = Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc (company number 00358949); registered office - Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, BD3 7DL ("Morrisons").
• In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion and/or these terms and conditions the decision of Morrisons shall be final.
• To take part in the Promotion a customer must be at least 16 years old and resident in England, Wales or Scotland. The Promotion is not open to residents of Northern Ireland.
• The Promotion will be launched on Friday 23rd May 2014 at 08:00 and will run until 18:00 on Saturday 7th June 2014 ("Promotion Period").
• Employees of the Morrisons Group or any other company, organisation or body involved in the Promotion, members of those employees' immediate families or households and any other person directly or indirectly connected with the Promotion are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
• Subject to conditions 5 and 7, each Morrisons customer making a purchase at a Morrisons store during the Promotion Period will receive one game card ("Game Card") per visit. Morrisons reserves the right to withhold Game Cards from any person which Morrisons deems at its sole discretion to be in breach of these conditions.
• In addition to the Game Cards, Britain's Got Talent stickers ("BGT Stickers") will be on selected products in store also giving you the opportunity to enter one daily free prize draw ("Prize Draw").
• The Game Cards will not be available in respect of transactions at Morrisons' confectionary/tobacco kiosks, petrol filling stations, caf!s, dry cleaners, pharmacies or Gibraltar store or in respect of the transactions for cash back, tobacco, saver stamps, gift cards and gift vouchers, Lottery online game and instant tickets, 'top up' mobile phone cards, e-top up, photo printing and prescription medicines.

Daily Free Prize Draw

1. Each Game Card and BGT Sticker offers you the opportunity to enter one Prize Draw on the day you successfully enter in accordance with the following. In order to enter a Prize Draw you must visit www.morrisons.com/bgt and enter the Game Card/BGT Sticker number and security code shown on your Game Card/BGT Sticker along with your name, home address, email address and telephone number.
2. A maximum of one prize could be won per entry.
3. All entries must be received by Morrisons by no later than 18:00 on Saturday 7th June 2014. Entries received after this date will not be included in a Prize Draw.
4. There will be 24 prizes to be won each day (to cover the 24 hours of the day) of the Promotion Period with the exception of the launch date (23rd May 2014) where there will be 16 prizes to be won and the last day of the competition (Saturday 7th June 2014) where there will be 18 prizes to be won.
5. Customers have until midnight on each day of the Promotion Period to register their Game Card/BGT Sticker with the exception of Saturday 7th June 2014 where they will have until 18:00 to register. The Prize Draw will happen the following working day at 10:00. 6. On the final date of the Promotion, all Game Cards registered during the Promotion Period will be entered into a separate draw to win the grand prize of a Mini Cooper Hatch. This draw will also take place at 10:00 Monday 9th June 2014. Customers who have already won a prize will still be entered into this final draw.
7. There are 371 prizes to be won; 1 x Mini Cooper Hatch up to the value of £17,000, 15 x Butlin's family holiday based on 2 adults, 2 children for 3 nights in Bognor Regis in July, 16 x £500 of Morrisons gift vouchers, 92 x £100 of Morrisons gift vouchers, 78 x Merlin annual standard family passes, 153 x £20 of Morrisons gift vouchers and 16 x £50 Buy a Gift experience vouchers. This promotion is not conducted in association with or endorsed by BMW Group, Butlins Skyline Ltd, The Merlin Entertainments Group or Buyagift plc.
8. All winners will be selected at random and contacted by email or telephone using the details submitted.
9. All prizes must be claimed by 17:00 on Friday 4th July 2014. No claims will be processed after this deadline.
10. Prize winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity. By entering the Prize Draw you consent to Morrisons using your name and any photographs and audio or visual recordings of you for publicity purposes.
