The entrant must be the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering.

The entrant consents for an email to be forwarded to their friends using the email addresses provided.

The prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered for any prize. All winners will be notified by email. There are 30 Elephant Caddies or equivalent (worth £9.50) to be given away, 10 winners will be drawn randomly each week from competition start date Monday 26th May 2014 until Monday 16th June 2014 (competition weeks run Monday to Monday 12 noon). In addition there is a prize draw at the end of the competition to win a new iPad Air (32GB WIFI). All valid entries into the competition will be entered into the prize draw, caddy winners will be selected at random every Tuesday from all valid entries of the previous competition week. The closing date for entries is 12 noon GMT on Monday 16th June 2014. All valid entries for the caddy draw will be entered into the final prize draw to win a new iPad Air after the closing date. Additional entries for each entrant will also be added if they have shared with friends and (or) shared on Facebook and/or Twitter. The competition winner of a new iPad Air will be notified no later than 12 noon GMT Monday 23rd June 2014.

Forms that are not completed before the closing date of 12 noon, 16th June 2014 or due to technical errors will not be accepted. This includes a communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof through dial up, mobile phone, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections.
