This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Kettle Foods Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the company.
KETTLE® Chips and The SSE Hydro Ticket Giveaway will officially open on Thursday 22nd May 2014 at 10am and will officially close on Sunday 1st June 2014 at midnight.
Each prize consists of one pair of tickets to The SSE Hydro, Glasgow. Tickets are event and date specific. There are a total of 11 pairs of tickets to be won. Kettle Foods Ltd cannot guarantee which seats winners will be allocated. Each prize is one pair of tickets only. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize including travel, accommodation as required, meals and drinks are the winner’s and guest’s own responsibility.
The Prize may be offered to a friend/relative but shall not be resold, assigned, transferred, lent or the benefit granted to any person other than the winner for commercial gain.
Winners will be notified by email with details of how to claim their pair of tickets within 24 hours of winning.
Entrants must register their name and email address on https://www.kettlewintickets.co.uk to be in with a chance of winning.
Registered entrants must pop the pack of KETTLE® Chips by clicking on the pack and selecting 1 (one) chip to reveal a winning code. Not all chips will reveal a winning code.
Only one entry per person will be accepted per 24 hour period. During this time multiple or third party entries will not be accepted, only after this 24 hour period the user may re-enter. Only one prize per person may be won over the period of the prize draw.
To redeem their prize, winners must select their chosen event from those available in the winners’ area on https://www.kettlewintickets.co.uk. No alternative tickets will be available other than those shown in the winners’ area. A winner may choose to give the pair of tickets to a friend or family member after claiming them.
Winners are picked at random.
The prize must be redeemed within 7 days. If the prize is not redeemed within 7 days Kettle Foods Ltd reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to another entrant selected at random and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Tickets will be emailed to the email address provided within 4 weeks prior to the winner’s selected event taking place. One individual ticket is equivalent to 1 seat. Winners must bring print their 2 e-tickets and present them at the venue at their chosen event to gain access. The ticket provides access to the arena and seating. There is no substitution for a printed e-ticket and no ticket collection facility at the venue.
No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control Kettle Foods Ltd reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or higher value.
Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Kettle Foods Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Kettle Foods Ltd reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner(s) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
Kettle Foods Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, damaged, defaced, not received for any reason or a duplicate of a previous entry.
Details of entrants’ names and county will be available for one month after the close of this giveaway by writing to Kettle Foods Ltd at Barnard Road, Bowthorpe, Norwich, NR5 9JP stating the name and date of their entry.
By entering the giveaway, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Kettle Foods Ltd for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and for any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
