[/FONT][/FONT]To win a prize, an Entrant who has answered all the questions correctly must have logged-on at the ‘winning moment’. The list of 301 winning moments has been filed with Etude SCP SIMONIN – LE MAREC- GUERRIER, bailiff in France, 54 rue Taitbout – 75009 Paris together with a description of how the drawing was done and how the winners will be drawn.
The winning moments have been decided beforehand and randomly in such a way that all prizes will be 3
won. So, if your log-on coincides with one of the winning moments, you win the prize. If an Entrant’s log-on does not coincide with one of the winning moments, the next log-on immediately following that moment will win the prize applicable to that moment.

This prize comprises the following, to be selected by and in the absolute discretion of the Company:
- Reservation of and payment for air travel from a London airport to a Paris airport. The prize winner and their guest ("Visiting Group") are solely responsible for their travel (and its cost) to and from the airport in UK;
- Reservation of and payment for standard class return rail tickets from Paris to Granville;
- Reservation and payment of a "Category A" rental car, use of which is limited to 250km per day for each of the three consecutive days of the trip. The car is provided with £ 83 worth of fuel;
- A stay for 2 nights for the Visiting Group in a double bedroom in accommodation approximately 40 km from Mont Saint Michel in Normandy and a breakfast following each night;
- A hot air balloon flight above the bay of the Mont Saint Michel which will last 3 hours. Personalized reception and transport from the meeting point to the landing point will be provided for the Visiting Group. A drink will be served once landed. The taking place of the hot air balloon flight is depended on weather conditions. The Company will not be held liable if weather conditions during the trip prevent the hot air balloon flight from taking place.
The Voucher does not include beverages, meals, personal expenses, cancellation insurance, personal or travel insurance, car insurance, fuel surcharges, or any modifications for or costs or expenses associated with persons additional to the Visiting Group.

[/FONT][/FONT]If an entrant who has answered all the questions correctly and has logged-on coincidental with a ‘winning moment’, a success notification will be displayed on the screen. Each winner will also 4
receive an email confirming the win and explaining these terms ("Confirmation Email").
The trip to Normandy must be booked at least 3 months in advance of the date the Visiting Group intends to commence the trip, by contacting the travel agency (contact details will be provided in the Confirmation Email). Upon request of the Company, the winner must notify the Company of the preferred travel dates. The Company does not guarantee that it will be possible to make the trip on the preferred date. The Voucher must be redeemed and the trip completed no later than one year after the Closing Date of the Game, i.e. by 15 July 2015;
The winner of the Voucher may request air transport to Paris from a different airport in the United Kingdom i.e. not a London airport, however such request will only be granted by the Company if departure from the different airport is not at a higher cost to the Company;
The following are conditions of entitlement to redeeming the Voucher and making the trip:
i. Both members of the Visiting Group must hold current valid passports;
ii. At least one member of the Visiting Group, who will be driving the rental car, should be over 21 years old and hold and be able to produce a driving licence valid in France that has been issued at least 3 years before the commencement of the trip;
iii. Both members of the Visiting Group must be entitled to and capable of travel to and staying in France;
iv. Each member of the Visiting Group must be covered by a valid policy of travel insurance;
v. Both members of the Visiting Group must travel at the same time and on the same itinerary; and
The accommodation and the hire car must be left in good condition. The Visiting Group shall be liable for any and all loss and/or damage caused by them.
Winners cannot raise disputes of any sort over the prizes awarded to them, nor claim any financial equivalent (full or part), nor request exchange or replacement against another prize of any value whatsoever, for any reason whatsoever.
If prizes cannot be distributed for reasons outside the Company's control, they will not be redispatched nor awarded to another winner, and will remain the Company's property. If the circumstances require it, the Company reserves the right to replace the prizes by other prizes of equal or greater value.
