Quiet Mark Competition Terms and Conditions

• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Quiet Mark, its agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
• The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. One entry per person per day. Multiple daily entries or incomplete entries will be deemed to be invalid.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
• Entries made via the online form using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Quiet Mark Approval Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the Prize (to one of equivalent value) as required by the circumstances.
• The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary servicing and warranty extensions beyond initial cover.
• Prizes are to the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. Quiet Mark Approval Limited shall notify the selected winner by email and provide details of how to claim the Prize. If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by the winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 3 business days of notification, a replacement winner may be drawn at Quiet Mark Approval Limited's discretion and will be notified by Quiet Mark Approval Limited. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited.
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
• Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.
• By entering into the Quiet Mark Competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply with them may result in disqualification. The Quiet Mark Competition shall be void where prohibited by local law. All national and local laws and regulations shall apply.
• The winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility form stating their age and residency details.
• By entering the Quiet Mark Competition, the winner agrees to take part in any publicity relating to the Quiet Mark Competition without further compensation.
• Quiet Mark Approval Limited cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from Participants taking part in the Quiet Mark Competition or for taking up the Prize. Quiet Mark Approval Limited gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize and accepts no responsibility or liability for the Prize being amended by Quiet Mark Approval Limited. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Quiet Mark Approval Limited excludes liability for all loss, damage or claim arising as a result of the Participant's entry into the Quiet Mark Competition or use of the Prize.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
