1. The 'Flip Your Lid' Competition will involve Caberg giving away one Caberg Tourmax helmet every week for 40 weeks, week commencing 14.03.2014.
2. By uploading any images to our social media, you are allowing Feridax (Ltd.) the right to publish your image for promotional purposes across all relevant media in perpetuity. The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Feridax relating to any post-winning publicity.
3. The winner will be required to give a current and valid UK address for delivery of any prizes offered.
4. All prizes MUST be claimed by midnight the following Thursday to the winner being announced.
5. The prize will be a Caberg Helmet, (the model as chosen by the winner). No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
6. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
8. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
10. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Feridax reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
11. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
12. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Feridax its suppliers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competition.
13. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
