Just thought id put this out there as so people can see how quick/slow my application process went 
and if any can answer my questions even better:)
14/04/14 met with broker got offer in principle with Halifax
16/04/14 valuation booked for 23/4/14
23/04/14 valuation done
26/04/14 Valuation confirmed as ok.
06/05/14 mortgage offer came through from Halifax, nothing to sign though, is that normal ?
07/05/14 same mortgage offer came through with all brokers details on. Not sure why ?
07/05/14 spoke with broker as wanted to check im ok to pay my solicitor for searches etc and he advised yes as its finalised and everything is now in there hands.
Just concerned as i thought id have to at least sign something ?
