To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

· PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 0123 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 82227 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 82227 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. a) Cash

A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

£10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) worth of gift vouchers (200 gift vouchers of £50 each) (the “Gift Vouchers,” and each a “Gift Voucher”) to spend and be exchanged for goods in all John Lewis and Waitrose shops, and can also be used to purchase goods online or over the telephone at https://www.johnlewis.com. The value of any monetary balance of the Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The Gift Vouchers are also subject to the following terms and conditions:

· If the goods purchased online at https://www.johnlewis.com total less than the value of the Gift Vouchers, any balance will be left as a credit for you with https://www.johnlewis.com, and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.

· The Gift Vouchers may not be used to discharge indebtedness on any account or credit card issued by John Lewis PLC, Waitrose Ltd, or John Lewis Financial Services Ltd, nor may they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including John Lewis gift vouchers.

· When redeeming the Gift Vouchers online or over the telephone for products available via https://www.johnlewis.com, you will be required to give the serial number of the Gift Voucher, and the online security code which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel.

· Once the holographic panel on the Gift Voucher has been scratched off, the Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed in any of the John Lewis or Waitrose shops.

· If the security code of the Gift Voucher has already been used when shopping online or over the telephone at https://www.johnlewis.com, the Gift Voucher will be void.

· If the Gift Vouchers become accidentally damaged, please contact John Lewis Customer Services.

· The Gift Vouchers will be void if the perforated tear-off area has been removed.

· If you have to return goods you have purchased online using the Gift Vouchers, then in most instances John Lewis will credit your online shopping account against further purchases. You may also return goods to any John Lewis shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Failing that try again tomorrow when their tech monkeys have had a go at the site.
