Watch out for the very sneaky tick boxes hidden under the 'Read more' drop-down after privacy policy.
"I’m happy for Loaf to let me know about new products or exciting offers via e-mail. Don’t worry though, we promise we will never, ever pass your e-mail on to third parties" and
"I’m also happy to allow nice, like-minded companies to send me the odd brochure by post from time to time."

Thanks to jaselowe below - looks like there is no choice to opt-out if you want to enter the comp.
I hadn't spotted the error message as it isn't displayed until you click 'read more' again. A very poorly designed webpage!!0 -
I unchecked those boxes and it gave me:
You must accept the terms and conditions to enter the competition
Despite the form saying that simply submitting the form binds me to the T&Cs?0
