Wednesday- TITH with any veg that needs used up
Thursday- Jambalaya with spring rolls
Friday- Fish, chips and mushy peas

Snacks will be HM yoghurt with dried fruit or hm shortbread
Have a good week everyone, where is Julieg?

Friday - My boss is cooking for me
Saturday - Going to see the Book of Mormon for OHs birthday (he LOVES musicals but theres no way he's getting me to Wicked or anything similar...) so we are going to Brasserie Zedel before
Sunday - Going out to dinner to a lovely Italian for OHs birthday, with his parents
May switch it around a bit depending on how much time I have, but will try to stick to these meals!0 -
My meal plan for this week looks like this -
S - Pulled pork wraps with rocket
M - Shepherd's Pie with kale
T - Burgers on rolls with salad, corn and wedges (DH's birthday, his request)
W - same
T - (gig) Dim Sum
F - Chicken fried rice with curry sauce
S - (out with friends in afternoon, then off to a BBQ) BBQ food - not sure what to take as yet
S - Grilled chicken pittas with salad
M - Sweet potato topped Shepherd's Pie
I've got everything in apart from something for the BBQ and some salad. Breakfasts will be toast, lunches will be whatever I can cobble together - it's the last week before payday for us so trying to keep costs down and use up stuff before a restock next week.0 -

Cor, I'd probably mix it up a bit and steer clear of having pork every day... You could just do jacket potatoes with beans or something for a couple of evenings and save the frozen pork portions into the next week.
I'm also a bit squeamish about reheating pork or rice leftovers. My gran always used to tell me to be extra careful and it has stuck.
