    I think the antibiotics just caught the tail end of my chet infection, I felt really bad on the Wednesday and by the time i went docs Thursday I was starting to feel better.
    Had almost a whole week off work since to recoup so that's helped :j

    I love walking, nothing to fast but I can walk for miles if the pace is right :)
