Popped to Sainsbury's last night and their own brand Easter eggs (the ones that have been £1.25, then £1, then 3 for £3) are now down to 80p.
We ate one the other night (I was in there to replace it
) and they are well worth the money, the pack of sweets is a proper pack IYSWIM. Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
They were giving out tester pieces of these to try at our local Sainsbugs a couple of weeks ago and I was so impressed with how nice the chocolate and sweets inside tasted that we bought these instead of the usual main brands. Perfect for the younger egg eaters!0

Most stores have overstocked on these!
Great packaging.
Great product.
However most customers have been buying Cadbury and Nestl! eggs.
Give it a few more days (Monday) and I wouldn't be surprised if these drop to 50p or lower.0 -
Still got plenty of stock in stores today, don't think they're really selling well.0

They are selling but for some reason Sainsburys has overstocked on these more than Cadburys... Foolish mistake.
Plus these were 3 for £3 and Cadburys ones are 3 for £3... Doesn't take a genius to see which ones the majority of people will buy!0 -

They are probably making +50% profit on these compared to branded lines even when selling them at a reduced price.
Good move by Sainsbury's but will be hard to pull people away from brands for an item they are giving as a gift.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
