Won tonight at 6.28

Problem is I cannot get my claim to submit. I have my receipt saved as a PDF and can attach the file and it shows my receipt under the file chosen. Then I click submit and it just tells me to please attach your file. I have tried in chrome and Firefox and same in both.:mad:

Any help from previous winners would be greatly appreciated.

I tried several times, then gave up and clicked on the bit that says I'd send it in the post. Worth keeping a separate note of the address, though, as I remember another comper saying once they'd clicked they couldn't get the address to send it to back up again and hadn't made a note of it.

Thanks, I have emailed them so will see if they reply. Really annoying as so much easier to upload rather than post.

Well done on the win ...

When I won I posted mine Recorded Delivery and 2 days later got a 'Your win has been verified' e-mail So very quickly dealt with. If anyone needs the address I took a print screen as it does go off once you try to claim
