Terms & Conditions

• Competition closes on 30 March 2014 at 11.59pm.
• Open to UK residents aged six years of age or older.
• Entrants under the age of 16 must get a parent or guardian to complete the entry form on their behalf using the parents’ details. If the winner is under the age of 16 and is found to have completed the form themselves they will not be awarded the prize.
• One winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries and will be contacted by email.
• The winner will have seven days to respond to notification they have won. Should no response be received another winner may be selected.
• The prize for one winner is a family holiday for four people to the Amazon.
• 200 runners up will also be selected at random and will receive runner up prizes of a Blu plush toy. The Blu plush toy will be sent to each runner up to the address provided on entry to the competition.
• A family of 4 consists of 2 adults & 2 children aged 17 years old or under on the dates of travel. Two over 18's must be present on the trip. Children must be 6 years or older at time of travel.

• Prize excludes travel between winner’s home and departure airport.
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, award ceremonies or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise, or from June to July 2014 or February to March 2015. Prize must be taken before 30 April 2015.
• Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability.
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and, once booked, the prize cannot be amended or altered.
• Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise.
• Winners and guests must have a full passport, valid for at least six months on the date of travel.
• Any necessary visas, vaccinations, passports and any associated costs are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
• The winner will need a credit/debit card for a security deposit in order to check-in at the Manaus hotel (amount required for the security deposit to be confirmed to the winner once trip is booked).
• Travel insurance will be supplied to the winner and their companion(s) before departure, with no provision for pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 65 or over.
• All taxes (including without limitation national and local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize also includes:
