1. This competition is valid for UK residentsonly.
2. You need to be 18 or above to enter the competition.
3. The sponsor of this promotion is Emotion Associates and Optimal Payments collectively referred to as (“Sponsor”). Apple, Twitter and any other third parties are not a sponsor of this competition and are not responsible for conducting this promotion in any way or form.
4. The promotion will begin at 12.00am BST on March 10th, 2014 and end at 11:59pm BST May 23, 2014.
5. The prize package is a 32GB Apple iPad Air provided by our social sponsor – Optimal Payments . The Prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge within 2 weeks of the promotion closing date. The winner is not responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prizes.
6. The winner will be announced on Twitter and Facebook at 4:00pm BST May 30, 2014.
7. To enter the promotion, the entrant must complete all requirements as defined in the competition steps by following the Sponsor’s Twitter account located at the URL http://twitter.com/Prepaid365 from their own Twitter account and clicking the Twitter tweet. The entrant’s Twitter updates must not be protected during the promotion period. Entrants may sign-up for their own Twitter account at https://twitter.com/signup. All steps must be completed for a valid entry.
8. Additional entries can be made by liking the Sponsor’s Facebook Page at http://www.facebook.com/Prepaid365UK and posting the competition tweet to your Facebook status page (1 additional entry) via the Facebook Like button.
9. Ten additional entries can be made by completing the Grand Prize draw at http://www.prepaid365.com/prepaid365-awards-2014/grandsurvey/.
10. One winner will be selected randomly from all the valid entries. Sponsor will notify the winner via a Twitter direct message from the Sponsor’s Twitter and Facebook accounts. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days, another direct message will be sent by the sponsor. If no response is received within an additional three (3) working days, he or she will forfeit the Prize and another winner may be randomly chosen.
11. The winner will have to provide proof of ID and age to confirm their identity and eligibility to receive their prize
