Pancake-omatic Post Promotion:
Watch the Pancake-omatic video and comment on the Pancake-omatic promotion post with the number of pancakes in the stack. 12 people who submit the correct answer will win. In the event of multiple correct answers, all users with the correct or nearest answer will be entered into a prize draw and the winners will be selected at random. 12 winners will receive a happy egg co. tea towel each.

Flippin' Facts Promotion:
There will be 3 Flippin' Facts clues in total, 6 winners will be selected in total across the 3 posts. 6 people who submit the correct answer will win. In the event of multiple correct answers, all users with the correct answer will be entered into a prize draw and the winners will be selected at random. 6 winners will receive a cuddly Freda toy each.

Flip against the clock Promotion:
Watch the video and comment on the promotion post with the number of times the pancake is flipped within 30 seconds. 6 people who submit the correct or nearest answer will win. In the event of multiple correct answers, all users with the correct answer will be entered into a prize draw and the winners will be selected at random. 6 winners will receive a cuddly Freda toy each.

Terms and Conditions

1. These competitions are open to all residents in the UK and ROI aged 18 years of age or over, excluding employees of Noble Foods Limited and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Bulk, third party or consumer group entries will not be accepted.
4. To enter the prize draw, participants must visit: www.facebook.com/thehappyeggco
5. The entrant must ensure their entry:
a. does not contain any material which:
(i) is offensive and/or derogatory, (ii) is of a explicit and/or sexual nature, or (iii) is defamatory, libellous, obscene, or (iv) is otherwise illegal
b. does not contain any material which violates any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, or any other proprietary or personal right)
c. does not contain any trade/brand logos or references other than incidental inclusion and/or relating to the Promoter’s products.
6. Promotion Timings:
a. The Pancake-omatic promotion will begin at 10:00am on Saturday 1st March 2014 and finishes at midnight on Tuesday 4th March 2014.
b. Flippin' Fact 1 Post Promotion will be open between 11am-7pm on Saturday 1st March.
c. Flippin' Fact 2 Post Promotion will be open between 11am-7pm on Sunday 2nd March.
d. Flippin' Fact 3 Post Promotion will be open between 11am-7pm on Monday 3rd March.
e. Flip against the clock Promotion will be open between 11am-7pm on Tuesday 4th March.
Competition close dates and times are at The Promoter's sole discretion. The winning entrants will be notified via the happy egg co. Facebook page.
7. All 24 winners will be asked to send their name and address details in a Direct Message to the official happy egg co. Facebook account.
8. The winner will have 7 days to accept the prize by responding to the message. After this date the promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random. Please allow 28 days for delivery from acceptance of the prize.
9. The winners names will be announced on the happy egg co. Facebook page within one week of prize acceptance.
10. 12 entries selected by an independent person will each receive 1 happy egg co. tea towel and a further 12 entries selected by an independent person will each receive 1 cuddly Freda toy.
11. Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If any winner cannot be contacted within a further 7 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
14. The Promoter is not liable for non/or late receipt of any entry due to operator or network error, or for any associated cost to entrants. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
