Local World own dozens of local papers - see http://www.localworld.co.uk/ourbrands/ - and this comp is on some but not on others. There is nothing in general Local World rules about entering on multiple sites, and there is nothing in the specific comp rules either. Some comps on some sites are restricted to local entrants but this is far from universal.
