This is weekly entry:

5) The promotion will run a series of Weekly Competitions from 6pm Monday 10th February 2014 to Wednesday 14th May 2014. The first Weekly Competition will run from 6pm on Monday 10th February to 23:59 on Tuesday 18th February. Each Weekly Competition subsequent to the first will open on a Wednesday at 6pm and the closing time and date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on the following Tuesday. The promotion will run a Grand Prize Competition from 6pm Monday February 10th February 2014 to 23:59 on Tuesday 18th February.

6) Entrants may make multiple entries and enter a photo they have entered in previous weeks except that no entrant may resubmit a winning photo.
