Terms and conditions:
1. This free Prize Draw is open to all entrants in the United Kingdom, except employees of My Old Dutch and their families
and their agencies or other companies having any connection with the administration of the competition. Entrants must
be aged over 18 and reside in the UK at the time of entry.
2. This promotion will feature on My Old Dutch Facebook page. You can enter this free Prize Draw by 'liking' the Facebook
page and entering your contact details. Please note that you must complete these 2 steps in order to enter. The winner
will be chosen at random once the “likes” reach 6,000. This promotion will begin on 11 May 2013.
3. The Prize Draw will take place when 6,000 people have “liked” My Old Dutch’s Facebook page. The winner will be
selected at random from all eligible entries received at a function to be announced on the My Old Dutch Facebook Page.
The winner will be contacted directly via Facebook within 48 hours of the draw for us to confirm they’ve won, and for the
winner to tell us their postal address to send this prize to. The winner will then receive their prize within 14 days after
notification. If a winner is unable to be contacted after 7 days or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable
period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at My Old
Dutch’s discretion.
4. The first prize is a choice between a Kindle Fire HDX 16GB or 10 Pancakes and 10 Milkshakes of the winner’s choice to be
ordered in one sitting at any of the My Old Dutch Restaurants. The sitting can be on any day other than Mondays. The
second prize will be the prize not selected from the two available options by the winner.
5. There is no cash alternative to the prize
6. Only one entry per person is allowed.
7. My Old Dutch accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, or other correspondence related
to the prize.
8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or
by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of
any other provisions not held to be invalid.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that
the winner agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.
10. The name of the winner will be published on the My Old Dutch Facebook page.
11. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw. Those entrants
who opt to receive news from My Old Dutch will receive news and offers from My Old Dutch only – we will not share your
data with anyone else.
12. My Old Dutch’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. My Old Dutch reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and
conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any
revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
