Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 years or over. Employees (and immediate family) of the Promoter and its associated companies, Dealers, Agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. To enter participants must:
3.1 Watch the daily video clip taken from the Honda Civic Tourer ad, tweeted by Honda (UK) (https://www.twitter.com/Honda_UK);
3.2 Tweet @Honda_UK with the word we have hidden in the video; and
3.3 include in the Tweet #CivicTourer.

4. The promotion opens at 10AM on Monday 3 February 2014. There will be a new video clip posted each day on https://www.twitter.com/Honda_UK with the last one appearing on the Twitter feed on Friday 7 February 2014.

5. Participants may enter the prize draw once per day/per video clip. Participants therefore have five chances to win during the promotion period. Answers must be received by 9am on the day after the video clip was posted in order to enter the prize draw for the previous day. Accordingly entries in respect of the final video clip tweeted by Honda on Friday 7 February 2014 must be received no later than 9am (UK time) on Saturday 8 February 2014.

6. Winners will be chosen at random from the correct entries received. There will be one winner per video/per day.

7. All winners will be contacted by 12noon Tuesday 11 February 2014

8. Once contacted, each winner will be required to supply their full contact details via a direct message on Twitter by 12noon Thursday 13 February 2014 in order to redeem their prize.

9. If the Promoter is unable, for any reason, to contact a winner by 5pm, Monday 17 February 2014 using the details provided to it then the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random and to reallocate the prize to such new winner.

10. Prizes to be won include a camera, a golfing getaway for two, a guitar, a trip for two to a famous North American city and department store vouchers to an amount representative of the MPG performance of the new Civic Tourer.

11. The travel prize consists of a voucher to the value of £2,500 to be spent on personal travel arrangements with Worldspan Group. Travel must only be taken to the destination in the hidden word and must be completed by 1 March 2015. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions published by Worldspan Group and the relevant operator(s). It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure they and their travelling companion have a valid passport together with any other necessary travel documentation (such as Visas) and insurance covering the destination and period of the travel and to comply with any other rules and regulations from time to time applicable.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of any prize or part of a prize becoming unavailable.

13. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

14. Any entry that could be considered fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, hateful, inflammatory, libellous, or that makes reference to the Promoter or any of its group companies, its dealerships or any other motor vehicle manufacturer in a negative way, or in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, damages or may be detrimental to the brand, reputation, standing or goodwill of the Promoter or any member of its group of companies or their products may (at Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) be disqualified.

15. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which, in the Promoter’s sole determination, is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including but not limited to tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices) or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry, may be rejected from the prize draw at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.

16. The participant agrees that their entry becomes the property of the Promoter and that the Promoter can use it in any way it sees fit for the purposes of promotion.

17. You agree that the Promoter may publish your name and entry in any and all media and make your name available on request to third parties. By entering this prize draw you are agreeing to take part in any promotional activity resulting from your win, which may include partaking in reasonable publicity.

18. The winner’s initial and county of residence is available on request by sending an SAE to the address stated below up to one month after the closing date of the prize draw.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the prize draw.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of or in connection with entering this promotion, including partaking in or accepting the prizes, or any damage to any participant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of entering or downloading any material relating to this prize draw. Nothing shall exclude the Promoters liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

21. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
