ITEM 7: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

Entries for the Competition will be open between 00.01am on 27th January 2014 and until 11.59pm on 10th March 2014.

Any entries received before the opening date or after the closing date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 8: ONLINE MECHANIC


The prize winners will be those persons who are successfully drawn at random via a prize draw from all completed surveys.
The prizes will be allocated at random out of a selection (see item 12).


ITEM 9: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

All entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition and resident in the UK. You must be able to travel independently, and hold a valid UK passport. Entrants must not be nor have been the subject of a benefit fraud case and by entering this competition entrants provide their express permission for DWP to access its internal systems and conduct a search to verify that this is the case. Any entrant found to have been the subject of a benefit fraud case shall be immediately excluded from the competition. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter or Department for Work and Pensions which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. All employees of the Promoter and Department for Work and Pensions are ineligible for this competition.


ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS

There will be a total of twenty two (22) prizes to be won.

The twenty two (22) prizes will be awarded to participants who complete the online survey at pensionsquare.co.uk. and will be selected from the prize pool of entrees from the media platforms listed in item 3, 4 and 5.

The prizewinners will be drawn at random after the competition has closed.

The selection of the prizewinners will be supervised by an independent person. No correspondence will be entered into and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.

Following selection of prize winners Bauer Media group will pass those details through to DWP to satisfy the entrant restrictions (as per item 9)

Succesful prizewinners will be notified by email or telephone that they have been selected no later than 35 days after the closing date of the Competition following a asked to confirm receipt of their prize before it is awarded.

Each of the winners will win one of the listed prizes below. The prizes will be allocated at random:

ITEM 12: PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND DETAILS
Prize is subject to availability
Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable
Prize cannot be upgraded
Prizes must be redeemed within six months of winner’s name being selected
All Spending Money and Allowances will be sent in the form of a cheque or by bank transfer
Prize winner must be aged 18 years of age
Bauer or Trinity Mirror can in no way be held responsible for any theft or injury that might occur
Exact addresses must be provided to ensure safe delivery
Both iPad Mini’s will be 16GB. Winners may choose between Space Grey or Silver. Subject to availability
Both Kindle Fire’s will be 16GB and black
The Spa Day at a Mac Donald Hotel is to the value of £360 for two people and can be redeemed at any one of the 24 Spa Hotels across the UK, subject to availability and cost
The football tickets – the winner will need to provide their top 5 match preferences for the prize provider to match as closely as possible
