My step dad paid for a new car for me and we verbally agreed a £100 a month to be repaid after xmas. After a family disagreement my step dad is asking for the car back. All documentation is in my name. My step dad paid for the car on his bank card but everything was put in my name.

Well yes and no, however he could always take you to court for the cash.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
