What to do with 107,992 Nectar points...

Yes I know - first world problem and all that
But seriously, is it worth hanging on to them?
I've been collecting for years and have accumulated most from the Amex Nectar credit card.
107,992 points is worth £539.96
I used to take advantage of the VUE deal which made going to the cinema in London half the cost of a cash ticket, however this like most other offers hasn't existed for years. Now you can only redeem at face value (i.e 500 points = £2.50 off) apart from attractions that I wouldn't go to anyway.
It may sound stupid, but having broken the 100k milestone, exchanging at face value (probably in Sainsburys as most convenient) feels like a lame way to 'reward' myself. Years ago you could select products from a catalog (some at really good cash sale price equivalents) and the high ticket items on there got me into saving mode. Now I've reached that level, the choices left are disappointing. Perhaps there will be new options in future, but I'm not sure how wise it is to keep an increasingly significant 'cash' sum tied up in Nectar points.
Any thoughts folks?

Use some for shopping in Sainsbury. If you need anything for the home shop in Argos. I save my points through the year and buy household goods from Argos. My tumble drier died yesterday after almost 14yrs bought from Argos. So next week I will be getting a new one from Argos with points.2011 Sealed Pot Challenge #1238 hoping for £250 ~ saved £743.32

ok thanks all
seems to me the lesson is - when it comes to nectar points at least - SPEND don't SAVE!0 -
How about a trip somewhere with Easyjet flights or Eurostar?0
-
I'd just use them up doing regular shopping.0

I'd probably use them to cover the cost of groceries/fuel then potentially put the money I'd saved into a savings account.0
