Don't know if this advice helps but I had to create a third account with a new email address and this worked (the first two got errors like yours... however I just tried the third on again and this now fails!!!

Soooo I then tried an old one again and that now works!?!?!? Go figure...

Maybe create another account and see what happens, as their prizes do seem quite good! HTH

I usually get the 'Whoops, something went wrong' message and while mucking around today trying to get my entry on a different Channel5 comp through, this time I unlinked facebook, then went into a previously registered email address and that worked :j :j :j
