broadband speed back to normal it was something to do with Transco (gas peeps) interfering with the cables Virgin Engineers were out all afternoon it was taking me about 5 mins to do one comp gave up in the end so now of to catch up0

Spicy food out ? Only ask as have the same and i have no diet limits
And now the quoting is over i've been a busy bee making 3 diferent meals, all to be served at the same time for 3 kids

Hey SAX you need some positive thinking here regarding the wins. Remember you have to be in it to win it as well. I think I have won most of my stuff on the daily mags do you do them or are they too time consuming for you. Actually not really a great topic for general discussion
I was always told by my dietician - if it won't mash with a fork you shouldn't eat it, no raw veg, no veg with skins, no wholemeal, no fibre, no spicy foods! Milk does upset my stomach a bit but I have tried soya milk, rice milk and all those other lactose free milks and hated them so I just drink cows milk anyway!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
