These rules and any other rules specified by Redmayne-Bentley LLP (the "Company") from time to time ("Competition Rules") apply to any competition which is run by or on behalf of the Company ("Competition"). By taking part in a Competition, you agree to be bound by the Competition Rules and by the decisions of the Company which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. Competitions are subject to the privacy policy and website terms and conditions of the Company.
By entering the Competition, you are deemed to have accepted the following:
Competitions are open to all website users of 18 years and over, except for employees of the Company and any third party appointed by the Company to organise and/or manage the Competition and their relatives. Entries must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) unless otherwise stated. Only one entry is permitted per person unless otherwise stated. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and also to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Competition rules.
To qualify for and be entered into any of our competitions, you must follow the instructions provided and provide the specific information required. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate. All entries must be received at the format specified during the period in which the Competition is open and late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The Company reserves the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules.
The winning entry will be chosen from entrants that have met the entry criteria. If you are a winner, you may have to provide additional information (including, without limitation, proof of age or identity) and/or complete additional documents and return them to the Company within a specified period. Failure to provide additional information and/or complete additional documents within the required time period, or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed, will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
Prizes are non-transferable and there are no alternatives.
The Company reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary.
If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Competition Rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.
In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of Redmayne-Bentley will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
