Why? IOS 7 is ok.

Most of the apps are better since the upgrade.

Unless they've changed things this year, you won't need the app to download the free gifts so there's no need to update to iOS 7 if you don't want to. The app simply reveals what the gift is and then provides a link to the store so you can download it. For those who can't download the app, simply look online on Twitter/MSE to find out what the gift is and then manually search for it in the store.

So even if you don't have the app, you should be able to download today's Lorde freebies by searching for them in the store.

The gift is one episode of the africa serie, they are normally £2.49 each and the whole serie is £12.99
