[1] This promotion is only open to UK residents, aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with this promotion.

[3] Entries must be made between 3pm GMT on Wednesday 5th November and 2.59pm GMT on Thursday 5th December 2013. (the “Promotion Period”)

[4] Maximum of one entry per person will be permitted.

[5] No purchase is necessary however internet access and a valid Facebook account are required.

[6] The Prize: 1 x 3D Body Scan, which creates a detailed replica of the winner via 3D technology, converting them to web data to create a miniature 3D Figurine replica. The 3D Body Scan will be conducted at Levavo studios at a mutually agreed date and time within 2 months of accepting the prize, subject to availability. The 3D Figurine will be prepared at an offsite location and will be delivered to the winner’s chosen address within 45 days of the Body Scan. Economy transportation for winner included to and from the studio. One night hotel accommodation will be included if the winner lives more than 2 hours’ drive from the studio.

[7] Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification company, from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period within 5 days of the closing date.

[8] Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification, then the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

[9] The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prizes as stated.

[10] The Promoter may substitute the prize for a prize of an equal or greater value if, for any reason, the original item is unavailable.
