E: 25/12 win ? From amazon DAILY advent starts 1/12

https://www.facebook.com/AmazonUK

For the next 25 days we're going to leave a present in one of our lockers across the UK for a lucky winner to take home. Every day, we'll post a clue to the locker name and a code to open a slot on the locker. Once you have the answer to the clue, search for the locker's location (by logging in and visiting the Find a Locker page: http://amzn.to/IiqNDf) and go and claim your gift! Get ready, the first clue will be posted tomorrow morning... #SantasLocker

Doesn't look like a "routine" online advent with a prize in specific locations each day.

Today's clue from their FB page:

CLUE: Freddie may smile on the back of a penny
    CITY: London
FIND THE LOCKER: http://amzn.to/18bswAu (you will need to log in)
    LOCKER CODE: RTHN76

(Not in London? Stay tuned for the next clue tomorrow morning...it could be near you!)

It's a little confusing, but I'm guessing it's to promote their new local pickup service. So they post a clue each day to one pickup point. If you can get to that location ahead of anyone else, you win the prize.

Do others see it that way?

Thanks for the comp - I think this might be quite a fun one :T:T:T

    Edit: correction I just saw

"Calling all Facebookers in London: Santa has just made a very special delivery to an Amazon Locker near you! Use the clue below to guess the name of the locker, search for its location by visiting the 'Find a Locker' page and use the code to collect the present. The first person to open the locker slot wins the prize! Full details and the official rules can be found here: http://amzn.to/1eG8zXw Good luck!"

So you can do the whole thing online - not sure if you have to be local to win though?

I read it that you have to physically go to the locker - taking a chance that you
    • a) got the right locker
    • b) get there before anyone else and
    • c) like whatever the prize turns out to be.
  • Today's has been found
(Congratulations to our first #SantasLocker winner, Matthew Fitch, who just bagged himself a Kindle Fire HDX (photo credit: http://!!!!!!!/1fVqdK0)! Keep your eye out for the next clue which we’ll be posting tomorrow morning…)

dont think i'll bother with this one!
    What goes around-comes around
  • I got there about 20mins after it had been opened. Who'd have thought that using public transport to get across South London on a Sunday would not be the quickest way to travel...?:)
Thanks to all OPs and everyone who helps/posts etc!!:T

"Morning all! Today's #SantasLocker is somewhere in West Wales. Use the clue below to guess the name of the locker, search for its location by visiting the 'Find a Locker' page and use the code to collect the present. Get to the locker first and the present is yours! Full details and the official rules can be found here: http://amzn.to/18bvnJP

CLUE: (500) Days of this locker’s sunny disposition
    REGION: West Wales
FIND THE LOCKER: http://amzn.to/181lnps (you will need to log in)
    LOCKER CODE: VZEHG6

(Don't worry if Wales is a tad out of your way, we'll be posting the next clue tomorrow morning and it could be near you!)"

That sort've confirms that you have to go to the location, and the first one there wins. I quite like this comp, for some reason.

Edit: " Too late guys. It's already been found by Tasha Barker. It was the complete Bluray set of Jame Bond movie"
