I have noticed though on the second link it does make reference to dates in July (probably from a previous comp) although it is definitely 2013 as 1st Dec is a Sunday

Yay it's back!! I was only checking through last year's thread yesterday - it started on Sunday 2nd Dec then so 1st Dec would make sense this year - hoorah!

The T&C are are the bottom of the form where it asks you to tick the box to say you have read them but I can't get them to show in IE or chrome.
