The Twitter competitions (the “Twitter Competition”) will run from 10:00 GMT to 23.59 GMT on Wednesday 4th December 2013, Wednesday 11th December 2013 and Wednesday 18th December 2013.
To enter a Twitter Competition, Entrants must A) Follow Liz Earle on Twitter (@lizearle); Retweet the competition Tweet uploaded by the Promoter; and C) Tweet @lizearle with another user’s Twitter handle and an explanation as to why they deserve to win with #ShiningStar, to be entered and eligible to win.
The Twitter Competitions can only be entered through Twitter; entries via third parties will not be accepted. No purchse necessary.
No maximum number of entries per person per day. One entry into the Twitter Competitions for each Tweet.
One Winner will be randomly selected within two days of each Twitter Competition closing and will be notified via a private message on Twitter on the same day (the "Message").
Winners must provide a full name, a full postal address and confirmation of date of birth to be eligible to receive their prize.
If within 28 days of the date the Message being sent the Promoter's Administrator has had no contact from a Winner to claim the prize, then the Promoter has the right to pick another Winner from all valid entries. Non-winners will not be notified.
The selection of the Winners is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner of each Twitter Competition will receive a Liz Earle Skincare Essentials Gift, worth £43.00.
No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter and the Promoter's Administrator will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the prize beyond their control.
