Debt Management Company - Adminstration & haven't passed on payments to creditors??

Hi all,
I'm posting on behalf of a friend who I had a bit of fraught conversation with last night. She's not very techy so I thought I'd ask for advice from you guys for her.
Basically she's been making payments to a Debt Management Company (I know...) for a long time now, to the tune of approx. £15k. The company is called 'One Debt Solution' and apparently she was told at the weekend that this company has gone into administration, and to make it worse none of her creditors have been receiving the payments.
Now I can advise her on how to proceed with her existing creditors (budget plans, letters, CAB or CCCS etc...) but is there anything that can be done about the money that has already been paid? There are records of all the payments, I'm just concerned that she may have to start from scratch, has anyone got any advice?
Thanks,
