4. Promoter is not responsible for delivery of the motorcycle, providing; petrol, insurance, breakdown cover, congestion charge, parking tickets, MOT, service, tax etc. from the time of the competition closing.
5. The motorcycle must be collected from a registered Harley Davidson dealership by the winner in London or other reasonable collection point to be discussed with the winner. The winner must provide proof of identity when collecting the prize.
6. The winner is required to register as legal owner and shall comply with license and insurance requirements within 2 weeks of receipt of the motorcycle.
