Which Vegetable is the best source of vitamin A?
Potato
Cauliflower
Carrot
Looking on Google, i'd say CARROT. 'Sweet potatoes' are higher in Vitamin A than carrots but as just 'potatoes' are listed I've gone with carrots.. Feel free to disagree :-)I smile because I have absolutely no idea what's going on:dance:0 -
