Click the wording at the side and not directly on the box ... works fine

Try clicking at the end of the line rather than the beginning, that worked for me.

Another way to enter in the boxes at the bottom (if above doesn't work), click in telephone box, press tab then spacebar. Tab again then spacebar. You get ticks in both boxes.
