Please help! Once refinance hsbc loan can't change mind!

I've only ever once gone into an HSBC branch to deposit a cheque in one of those machines, I don't phone 0845 numbers as I don't have a landline and I only use the postal service if I absolutely have to. Hence me thinking that it's not possible/very difficult to do these things.
I applied for the loan over the internet, why can't I get a settlement figure or pay lump sums over the internet? They ARE making it difficult to do these things.0 -

Because they don't want you to pay the loan off early.
So yes I agree they make it a (little) bit more difficult, but you got to play the game and in the end you will save some cash my friend.0 -
