WIN THE ISSUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• One person will win all items featuring the Win the Issue competition stamp in Now on sale 29 October 2013, cover dated 4 November 2013.
• The competition is open from 29 October 2013 until 11.59PM on 11 November 2013.
• UK residents only.
• Entrants must be over 18.
• Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for any prizes won.
• Winner must be available on the selected dates offered for event prizes and no alternative prizes or dates can be offered.
• IPC is not responsible for third party rules and regulations outlined by our partners (ie for dresscode, entry to venues etc).
• The winner is responsible for all travel, accommodation and additional expenses incurred when redeeming their prize.
• IPC cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or misrepresentation of prizes.
• The
  winner will be contacted no later than 15 November 2013. If the winner
  does not respond by 22 November, 2013, they will forfeit the prize and

A night out with TOWIE at Bar Blanco

• Prize includes free entry and a VIP experience at the bar with a table for 4-6 people.
• 2 bottles of free vodka and mixers.
• A meet and greet with Ricky Rayment.
• Table booking needs to be taken before end of January 2014, excluding Christmas holiday period, on a date that is mutually agreeable with both parties giving notice of dates of more than one week.

X Factor sound check tickets

• The winner will receive 4 tickets to the X Factor soundcheck in London on 5 or 6 December 2013. The date will be confirmed by the Promoter by 2 December 2013..
• The minimum age for guests of winners is 12 years old. However, all guests of winners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• The winner of The X Factor Sound Check tickets must be one of the four people attending and must bring photo ID with them to gain entry.
• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Strictly Come Dancing tickets

• Winner will receive 4 tickets to the Strictly Come Dancing tour.
• Winner will confirm which date of the tour they want to attend.
• Subject to availabilty.

Fashion vouchers

• Fashion vouchers are subject to individual terms and conditions. Please see the individual voucher for information on how to redeem vouchers.
• For Next the winner will receive £500 shopping spree at a Next store of the winners choice.
• Winner will be provided with a number to contact to arrange this shopping spree.

Holiday to Morocco for 2

Prize includes-

• Return economy flights from London to Marrakech
• 3 nights' B&B accommodation at the 4 *Hôtel Naoura Barrière

Terms and condition:

• You and your chosen guest will be responsible for travel insurance, travel to and from London airport and all other personal expenses.

Sorry to bump. If you win would you have to take all of the prizes? Most of the prizes I'm interested in but the holiday to Morocco wouldn't be feasible for me.

I can't see anything that says that you can forfeit any part of the prize.

It is a question of health. I have severe M.E so I'm housebound most of the time. Is DDA the Disability Discrimination Act? I'm not sure. I couldn't get on a plane to begin with.

It's the Equality Act now. Duty to Make Adjustments might apply ... or Discrimination Arising From Disability

I can't see why anyone would be bothered if a comp winner didn't take up part of a prize.

Sorry to bump, but just to update.

I got in touch with Now magazine and they said that if you can't take part of the prize you can forfeit it (obviously with no monetary alternative.) but that you will still be eligible for the rest of the prize.

If I won this, I'd forfeit lots of it, starting with the night out with TOWIE and working through the list of calendars and books signed by people I have heard of but have no idea or interest in what they do!
