Each weekly draw is open to entrants between the following dates: • Draw 1: October 7 – 13;
• Draw 2: October 14 - 20;
• Draw 3: October 21 - 27;
• Draw 4: October 28 - November 3;
• Draw 5: November 4 - 10;
• Draw 6: November 11 – 17;
• Draw 7: November 18 – 24;
• Draw 8: November 25 – December 1;
• Draw 9: December 2 – 8;
• Draw 10: December 9 – December 15, 2013.
6. Entries to a draw must be received by midnight on the final day of that prize draw’s entry period, as detailed in condition 5, above.
7. The winner for each draw will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date for that draw. An up to date list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to Natwest App Prize Draw Winners, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT before January 10, 2014.
8. Each winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw they have won. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner by that time or if a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
10. Each winning entrant will win a 16GB iPhone 5 handset-only, in black.
11. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
