For the first prize draw the prize shall be £1000 in Vouchers. For each of the subsequent 12 prize draws the prize shall be £500 in Vouchers. Please note the Voucher usage terms and conditions set out below from paragraph 13 onwards.

The details of any person who has registered within any one calendar week (i.e. Monday to Sunday) shall be entered into the weekly prize draw along with all other people who have registered in the same calendar week. The prize draw shall take place for each relevant week on the Wednesday following the end of the relevant week. For example entries received 1 August 2013 to 7 August 2013 shall be entered into the draw made on 8 August 2013.

I read it as you can only register once so you are either limited to the first available draw or it rolls over, but not repeat entries.
