I wouldn't let it go that easily personally , I think you should find some way of contacting them , I got it from toysrus facebook page so that may be the best place to start, don't just give up on it though .

Bless you, I have messaged them via facebook as it only allows 5 mins to except your details and it wouldn't send no matter how hard I tried, just wish I have screen shot the evidence, however Im sure there is a way they can see what has been won and when x
