To take part in this free prize draw, participants must advise what is ‘top of their travel wishlist’ in-store or online by completing this form online between 3 September - 14 October 2013.

3. Only one paper or online entry per person. You will receive a confirmation that your entry has been submitted online.

The prize includes a £4000 Kuoni Gift Card voucher that must be redeemed and only against a Kuoni holiday. It is not eligible against holidays for the Kuoni Specialist brands: Carrier, CV Travel, Voyages Jules Verne, Journeys of Distinction and Kirker Travel.
13. The winner of the Kuoni Gift Card must redeem their gift card against a holiday by 31 December 2013 for travel in 2014. The prizewinner is responsible for any holiday cost over the £4000 Gift Card value. Kuoni holidays are subject to availability.
14. Once the trip is booked and confirmed any change or variation to the booking will be at the winners cost.
15. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance. Kuoni can introduce John Lewis Travel Insurance.
