5 pages on cutting a pepper and not one person has mentioned my fool proof way. Sod cutting the top and bottom off, just cut down from top to bottom, then cut the white bits off with a sharp knife. The throwaway bit is like an apple core.

If some ropey lettuce and cucumber counts as salad then yes! :D

Maybe fool proof. But is it SS proof?

its easier than cutting the top off, then the bottom and scooping out the insides.

OK, so I am officially a cooking numpty!

Just done a lasagne. No problems there. I actually make a pretty damn good one. :D

However (uh-oh), I put some peppers in it. Nothing out the ordinary I hear you cry. Well yes, maybe not. But I don't even know how to cut them properly! :o :rotfl:

I kind of chopped the top off with the stalky thing and there was a bit with loads of seeds on. So I chopped a bit more of the top off, then sliced it into four down the middle, then chopped into smaller bits.

What I want to know is, am I going to poison my family? :D

Hey Southernscouser, is the family still in the land of the living? See, it was ok to feed them the seeds and white bits!:D
