Closed credit a/c's and remortgaging

We are about to look for a new deal and we have a couple of recently closed credit accounts that are not yet showing so on our credit file.So an 'in between' period.

We do however have confirmation letters from these credit companies that the account has been satisfied and therefore closed.

Will potential lenders accept these letters as confirmation and take them into consideration when evaluating our application?

Thanks as usual

    They don't need/want such letters.

Simply enter the commitments on the mortgage application and tick the "to be repaid on, or before completion" boxes.

They may make the repayment a condition in your mortgage offer, making the solicitor handling the transaction responsible for obtaining any necessary evidence. It is they who would require the closing statements at that time.
